so its 6 am when i started working on this. i havent driven my car is 2 days.... yes lights were off.. ok i woke up early to take garbage out and my headlights and foglights are blaring at me but dimmy. That night we had a wicked thunderstorm and downpour. the battery is dead. yes i checked all the switches nothing should be on electrically i checked about 30 times.... ok my problem is after i jumped my car that the highbeams are like stuck on wtf???? this doesnt make any sense to me. can somebody please help me out!!! im sitting in my garage currently puzzled.... UGHHHH FML:th_shakinghead2 OH and keep in mind i havent slept in 2 days ahhh

ok then thanks but seriously can any1 out there help me?? i currently just disabbled the battery in fear of the headlights draining the bat again.... UGHH
 
check the headlight relay, maybe the contacts burnt in the on position, other then that, check the headlight switch, could be bad in the same way.
 
The multi-function switch is known to go bad; since it's the high beams, maybe that's the problem? I've never heard of it failing this way, just a thought.
 
i just dont see that being the cause, the high beams still go through the headlight switch. my bet is on a stuck high beam relay.
 


where is the high beam relay?? i dont use my high beams anyways ha. but yeah any information will be very apperciated thank you.
 
is it true that maybe my PCM or computer can have something fried??? cuz it was REAL bad out that night it magically turned on by itself?? i mean it was lightiing outside like a movie! =[
 


well the GTP is awoken from its slumber today =] turns out that 2 wires in teh multifunction switch "wiper, highbeam, washer switch" it had 2 wires a lt green and a yellow wire that were BURNT?? but whatever its all good now =] thanks guys turns out scimmia! i owe u ha
