PLEASE HELP! Codes P0102 & P0452

I have nothing but service engine light codes and reliabilty issues since I changed to a reprogrammed PCM (ZZP). I sent the first one back and everything seemed to be fine till now. 2 more codes...

P0102 Mass air flow sensor circuit, low input
P0452 Evaporative emission control system, pressure sensor low input

MAF has been changed twice this year (due to first issues that were not even the MAF)

What is causing this...any help would be great.
 


Have you checked the fuse for this? there is one under the hood for the MAF....see if that one is blown. I think it's #25 maybe?
 
they had to replace the MAF connector at the main fuse block to get rid of the 102 code for my 07. apparantly they corrode very easily.
 
low input sounds like a voltage issue, do you have another pcm to swap out with and see if it stays gone with that?
 
I checked the fuses in the engine bay and in the car that where listed for emissions and/or maf...not sure if one of them was #25. I will do that tomorrow.

Also, I do not have another pcm to try out.

The first PCM that I got around the first of the year had issues. The EGR insufficient flow code would come on and off all the time. I sent it back for another...and after about a month of normal driving...gremlins are back. The car starts up and idles all jacked up for a couple of minutes (sounds like it wants to stall, like a 70's Camaro) and then runs fine. But the exhaust is real rich (similar problem with first pcm). When I'm driving and I let off the gas the rpms jump up and down.

Thanks for the help...any other suggestions would be great...This has been a nightmare since the first of the year...and there is another issue that I am going to post about a possible axle issue
 
WOOT WOOT GA!!! haha sorry man. i get down that way sometimes. my nephews race bmx down there. welcome abored. sorry i dont have an answer to your question tho except alot of people say they have problems with zzp pcms. you might wanna try :: Overkill Motorsports ::
