Plastic dash piece with defrost vent

Can anyone tell me where I can get the plastic piece that butts right up to the windshield in on 06 GP GT? It is the piece that has the defrost vent, auto light switch sensor, and red alarm light holes. Mine has cracked in 3 places and I cannot find a replacement piece anywhere! Thanks for the help!!
