Yeah, of course i end up hitting a deer a couple days ago so I guess im gonna have to miss another one... the damage wasnt too awful bad and its all cosmetic as far as i can tell but it aint too pretty. Maybe I'll catch you guys at the next one..... oh and I want some numbers too ha
 
I know I had a great time. Some cool people and pretty quick wbodys. I did not his that ever elusive 12.9, but the car ran well and trapped better than expected.

3 runs for me. Absolutely no race prep, with 100+lbs of dynomat and my false floor sub setup still in the car along with all seats. Left the line on all runs right around 0 vacuum. Traction was a serous issue on all runs through first and through second. No knock and totally out of fuel on the 42's. Last run the spun so much, but pulled pretty hard on the top half.

Very close man! even a 2.0 sixty foot would have given you a 12! Never even thought to give you my DR's for the day. Next time.
Did you cable tie the rear suspension? 40 psi in rear tires? any other tricks?

I am worried about running drag radials on a stock trans. I did nothing but drop tire pressure to 20psi in the fronts on the 14psi run, but it was no use :)
 
Should have borrowed Pat's semi stickies... they shouldn't be as brutal as full drags, but add a little grip.

Nice numbers around the board for you guys. :th_thumbsup-wink:
