Got them yesterday, installed them today:

The are lloyd mats, they can be bought at most any pontiac accessory website, they come with the fasteners.

For my 01 GTP, there is no factory mat stud or clip, so you use the one that comes with the mats.

the bottom of the clip screws into and thru the floor carpet and then on the top side of the clip is the stud, place the mats on the floor with the eyelets down over the stud that is now sticking up.

Will they hold forever, who knows, they do seem pretty sturdy though.
