Picked up headers. What kind are they?!

I had my car parked outside of work and a guy came into my work with brand new headers+ 3" dp for a 3800 car. I bought them for $100!! He sold the car before installing them and had to sell them. Any way to tell the brand? Not that it matters but figured I'd ask I don't see and tags or markings on them.

P.s. they didn't come with hardware. Any idea what kind of clamp or gasket they take mating the dp to rear header?

most need band clamps, 2) 2.25 2) 3 inch

re use the stock manifold gaskets to the heads. new cat back gasket.
