we have a 98 gtp with a new trans and the perf shift isnt doing anything push the button nothing changes and the that includes the light. we bought it with a bad trans and just had it built. i ohm ed the switchand it seems good and hooked up hp tuners to the car and could see the maps for perf mode but nothing to indicate if the computer is seeing the shift button. and the trans shop said its not a trans issue its comp/elec. ant way at this point i dont know where to go next. not familiar with these cars.
