PCM in the air box, what the heck!!!!

I was thinking of putting a cone filter in the fender but, imagine my surprise then I took air box cover off n seen the pcm. What a odd place to put it. Now what do I do to get more flow to the engine?

there are a few threads in the How To section where people post what they have done, most of the cold air systems out there come wiht a box to re-locate the pcm, but take a look, some have just mounted them on the fender wall under the cone with a few screwes, gets a bit dirty but its all good.

I want to make sure it doesn't move or get banged around. Won't that hurt it?
Should I wrap it in foam or anything?

if youre worried about it strap it down somehow or get a PCM tray from a blazer. it really shouldnt move too far anyway even if it is just sitting there.

Ok, got an idea how to do it now!
Yes I can see it being in the air box to keep it kool but man, it has to block air flow to intake!!
