passenger window not working

Need some help with my 03 GTP. The passenger window would not go up. I was able to slide it up and down by hand. Does this sound like a bad motor or bad regulator?
 


if you can try going to a junkyard. That's what I've done since they are a lot cheaper than getting something new. only problem is its a kind of a gamble. But the yard i have near me has a 30 day warranty.

Yeah, I always check for the discount code. The 30% still works but they didn't have it in stock at my store so they had to get it from another store overnight. Once they got it I had them put it in stock so I could order it online and apply the discount. Got it for under $70
When I took out the old one didn't look too bad. Seemed like the cable just popped out of the part that bolts to the glass. tab was still attached to the cable. I installed the new one anyway.
