passenger side e-brake does not work, 2007 GP

where to start trouble shooting?

I have had this repaired before by the stealership, just hoping its easy enough for me to fix at home

so tighten up the tension. Look for a cable attached to the caliper on the side that doesn't work and follow the cable to the adjuster. turn the adjuster with a wrench and see if that helps

no. Just tighten little by little and spin the whell til it drags. once it drags, back the adjuster off a little bit and then try the parking brake again

ok thanks, will try this once I get the back end of the car up on two jack stands to give me room to crawl under it

tried adjusting the nut for the parking brake cable no luck, I find the drivers side wheel does not release after releasing the park brake yet the passenger side wheel is still not fully set with the park brake on
