Passenger door lower molding

I had a friend in my car the other day and when he went to shut the door, he scraped it on a curb. I didn't think anything about till I washed it and noticed that the lower molding was sticking out a little. How do you go about fixing it? I don't want to be driving down the road and lose it. Is it held on by clips or is it held with some type of adhesive? Any suggestions will help.
