Passanger-Door Lock Sticking

Now this is my third Grand Prix, an the third one i've had with this exact same problem. Wondering if anyone has this issue, an if there is anyway to fix it. Every so often when i turn the car off, an the doors unlock, the passanger door lock stays locked, an then it wont unlock, not manually, or by the button. It sticks an ya gotta battle with it for quite a few minutes until it free's up. Anyone have any ideas?

I had the same issue with my driver's door lock. See this thread on what fixed mine.
