Parking/ dash lights don't work

I have a 2000 GP. Recently, the parking lights and dash lights stopped working, and the driver's side door chimes even after the key is removed from the ignition.
 


could be a ignition harness gone bad. the fan for the a/c and heater acting up as well?

or a bad ground under the hood, either the battery or the main grounds on the tranny, or the one by the battery to the body.
