Can I fix this with spray paint? Do they have a red that matches our car in a can?

That's actually the clearcoat peeling not the paint. So if you wanted to you might be able to get a can of clearcoat and make it look a little better with alot of work. ie. sanding buffing and polishing

Yeah I know it's the clear coat, guess I should have clarified.
Is there a thread for that? I'm not a painter, but I can read and follow directions
