Paint flecks and scratches

so i bought my car with for sale paint still on it. i figured it would just wash off with our daily rain in the north west. it did a little, but that white paint on my red car never fully came off. frustrated, i tried to scrub it off with a dish sponge, this didnt really work AND it made a bunch of scratches on my rear window and paint.

so now the rear has a bunch of scratches and white flecks on it and its pissing me off. the car also has a bunch of paint scratches on the bumper that came with it. any of you guys know any tricks to make the scratches and paint flecks to go away? i was thinking of getting the paint touched up by a body shop, any idea on the cost of that? also is there anyway to ge rid of scratches on a window?

if you have window paint on your cars paint it wont come off you have to wet sand it with a really fine grit and then polish it back to shine.

You could try clay baring the glass and the paint. It should help take it off

use paint thinner to get the white pain off of your car. It shouldn't hurt it. About 1:03 this guy uses it and worked like a charm. How to Polish a Black Car - YouTube
