P1640 quad driver error

My car is a 95 3.4. Hooked up a scanner and it pulled 1 code p1640. What is controled by that quad? I called pontiac dealer and they said it could either be tcc, ac, egr valve, or evap purge valve. I have a new egr valve on it. The problem is when I press the gas too fast it bogs down, like its sputtering. It has a new gas pump, pressure regulator and new coils. My friend said to look at the TPS and MAF. Any help, thanks.
 


MAF or vacuum leak is my bet...anything nowadays with a VC will make it run like a turd. TPS would make it idle very high IMO.
