P0742 Torque converter code

hey My Tranny is shifting awful as of late and just recently threw the P0742 code for the Torque converter circuit stuck on. All data gave me a list of things to check that goes from a poor connection in the harness to needing a pcm. just wondered if anyone has had similar issues and if there is a fix. thanks
 


What's the fluid look like?

My personal experience: The torque converter clutch came apart and dumped a bunch of crap into the system. Couple valves stuck open/shut and set some codes. Did a rebuild.
 
The fluid is all new, with Lucas additive in there as well. Did a fluid and filter change about 20,000 km ago. It's also got 392k on it.
