P0508 Idle Control System Circuit Low on 2000 pontiac grand prix

My 2000 grand prix gtp has been bucking like crazy the past week and the speedometer is bouncing all over the place. Engine code P-0508 (Idle Control System Circuit Low) came up.

Anybody have any idea on what the cause for this error is or how to fix it.
