P0141 Check Engine code

I had a check engine light and i got a p0141 code. I tried searching online to figure out what sensor i need to buy and i got a bunch of different answers. This is the first car i have ever owned that had o2 sensors so any help as to what sensor this is and where i could buy it online would be greatly appreciated Thanks
 


A code P0141 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
open or short to ground in the wiring harness
O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
O2 heater element resistance is high
Internal short or open in the heater element

[FONT=verdana, sans-serif]Long story short I would check the wiring from the wire harness the the plug that connects the O2 sensor, if it is good buy a new upstream O2 sensor.[/FONT]
