my car runs almost normal when i drive like im 90. but when i go up a hill or step on it it stutters and the rpms jump around quite a bit. i just checked the fuel pressure and its 43 when i prime the fuel pump and 40 when its idleing. i know thats a little low but is this enough to cause this big of a problem? what else should i be looking at if not? my coolant sensor light comes on and off randomly but i doubt that is a related issue. any ideas?
 


Title is making me assume you have a p0140 code? Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1, Sensor 2)


Normally I think this would be cat or o2 sensor.
 
the ses light is on, and P0140 is the code. i just replaced my spark plug wires and the problem was reduced significantly but still under high load the rpms bounce around and i cant accelerate through it. the ohm reading on my coil packs are 6.3 roughly each. im not sure if that is in specs or not?
