Overkill sucks

I heard nothing but great things about Overkill PCMs so I ordered one. That was a mistake. It took numerous emails to Will but he finally replied and I order the PCM. To his credit he tuned it and sent it out to me very promptly. Well I received it and it was damaged. I emailed him 5 times about it before he finally replied (he only replied after I told him I was going to contact my CC company to get my money back). We talked it over and he said he would send me a new one.

That was the last I ever heard from him. I talked with the CC company and they opened a dispute and I got me money back.....or so I thought. I just got a letter from them saying Will said he never received the defective PCM in the mail (which is BS because he signed for it) now not only did I not get my PCM. I lost the $229 I paid for it plus the $44 it took me to mail it back to Canada.

Eff Overkill.
 


That does suck to hear. Wish I could say there is always small claims but that changes state to state, let alone another country.
 
if he signed for it then the company u used to deliver it has proof of delivery with his signature. get a copy of the of his signature, tell your credit card company u have proof and then call him saying u have this proof and u r willing to get a lawyer if needed. itll scare the s**t out of him and u should get your money back. get a pcm from intense, they r always there when u have questions no matter what and ive never had a problem with their pcm.

yeah what he said. as long as theres proof there u should be good. His customer service is getting worse and worse. still never recieved any of the three emails i sent him . . .
