Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Overkill pcm

(ALL DISABLED DTC's MUST DISPLAY A READY STATUS) I run 93 octane fuel and for mods I have Speed Daddy Headers & race pipe (no CAT). I also have after market mufflers & a cold air intake. I also have a 180* thermostat. I also have egr block off plates. Since I am not running a CAT, I need those codes disabled to pass inspection and would also like the actual diagnostic test disabled all together. I would also need the whole EGR system and codes disabled so I pass emissions as well. So basically I just wanna know if I can run this pcm from overkill without my mods until I get them installed?

Come on guys....really? I just need to know if its safe to run a modified pcm on my car till i get the mods installed?

you'll probably end up running lean if the PCM is designed for a stock pulley.

If its for a 3.4 you'll run rich.

either way, its a bad idea.

Then you'll run a little rich.

wont matter too much.

your fans will come on and wont do much till your t-stat opens, but thats about it.

So i can buy the pcm and swap it with the old one. I will be fine until the mods listed above are installed cause thats the list im sending to OverkillWill. Also since Will is going to disable the actual CAT diagnostic should he still be able to have it show as ready because my Inspection station only checks to see if they are at a ready status and if there are any trouble codes. If everything shows ready status when hooked up to their computer then i pass :D
