well hello all: im just flumoxed here in fl. my 02 grand prix se 3.1 overheated one hot day and i discovered the intake sprung a leak, i replaced the intake gaskets, thermostat,temp. sensor, and verified all [FONT=&quot]relevant[/FONT] relays were working. the problem is that the coolant fans wont come on until the engine temp reaches 155 /f they run until it reaches 180/f then they shut off, any ideas will be appreciated. thanks for the help: mcdriver.
 


Do you mean to say that the fans come on when the engine reaches 180F and they turn off when the engine cools to 150F?
 
hi: duhh old timers kikkin in , i meant 255 on 180 off, im wondering if ipnched the sensor wire when i put the upper intake on, thanks for any ideas.. mcdriver
