Hi, the gtp I've spotted would come for cheap, but it overheats on short/medium trips, coolant is new and the T-sats as well.What ciould be the issue? Gasket?water pump? rad? I could pay 600$ for the car and fix it, but I hope it doesn't cost too much.
 


The only things it could be is the following.....


Water pump,Radiatior clogged,Electric fans,Wiring issue for the electric fans.


Sounds like a good deal to me.
 
you could have the coolant system flushed for good measure. after I saw what syn pulled outta his it convinced me to flush mine, and it has helped alot. if your getting it cheap enough you could also replace the coolant temp sensor.
