Outer Tie Rod Nut Siezed

I need to change out my front driver's side outer tie rod and the nut it rusted on the stud. To make matters worse the stud has broken free and spins with the nut. I've tried using vice grips to hold the stud can't get enough grip. I don't care about destroying the tie rod since I'm going to replace it but I need a way to get it off. I was thinking of heating it with a torch but if that doesn't work I'm out of ideas. If I destroy the upper part where the stud fits into, can i force the stud through the other way?? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

ive taken a fat screwdriver and hammered it into the the joint,(where the rubber boot is) so it makes the stud and bolt tighter, then try to un bolt it, the stud should hopefully stop spinning, if that don't work cut the bolt off, and the tie rod stud is tapered so it has to pop up to remove it, no way around that one.

either take a torch and cut/melt off the nut if you have a torch capable of doing that. if not grab a hack saw or a die grinder and cut off the stud! shouldnt be too hard.

I have successfully used a C-clamp to force the tie rod end into the steering knuckle and hold it there while using an air gun to take the nut off. It's a tapered seat so the more downward force you put on the tie rod end the more it will hold it.
