our house for sale

On Saturday of last week we receive a verbal offer on our house for sale, and we counter back the same day. Yesterday, we receive another offer, one that we can actually accept. only problem is that my wife is quitting her job and we are moving back, and had planned on moving back into the house that is for sale. we have another house that is rented, the renters pay every month, and we haven't had any issues with them. The big problem is that the people who made the offer on the house might back out of the offer after the inspection is made, and if we kick out our renters we will have two mortgages to pay.

and they want to move into the house in like a month.
 


Can you guys get an apartment for a couple months? Might be tough with all the monthly bills, but it would at least give you the time you need to see what will happen.

if we need to we can stay with my wife's parents. we spoke with the realtor yesterday, and he said the timeline of events should work out good for us and the buying party.

the house we will be moving into was built in 2009 and is a lot nicer than the one we are selling. the house payment is more, but because it is better insulated, the overall cost is only like 100 dollars more per month, which is impressive because it's almost 1000 sq/ft bigger.
