opt out of email and group

I got rid of my grand prix over a year ago. how do I get off this email list? I don't see any opt out links!!!!!!!

just mark it as spam.. that's what I did and no more email notifications.

i'm sure bio248 can delete your account for you. PM him. or you can go in your user CP and go down to settings and options, edit options, then go down to notifications, thread subscription, click the drop-down and then no e-mail notifications.

joined march 2009, and your first post is today about emails? What emails are you getting, you only get them if you've posted in a thread before.
