opened tranny and need opinions/advice

i opened a tranny that would not shift into 2nd or allow the car to go over 20 miles an hour(it would hit 20 and seem to be in nuetral instantly).

upon my findings, i found a shaft that appears to be similar to the 4th shaft on zzp that has an end completely grinded down. could this be one of those listed problems?

i also found these disc things, that might be the clutches, but 2, the ones with teeth on the insides, has wear on the surfaces. the brown/blackness is slightly taken down and is showing some red.
i figure this to be most of the problem.

any assistance would be very helpful.

we would love to help you but if you dont know what your clutches are and if a shaft that is stripped is the problem i think you should just get a used trans.....good luck tho
