ONLY one REAR passenger side speaker works now! PLEASE HELP!

i tried to put in aftermarkets and it wouldnt plug in right so i cut the connectters and just spliced them on to each other. then i couldnt get my door panel to fit back on so i said screw it ill put the factory speakers back in. so i had to splice the factory connectors back on and then plug it back into the factory speakers. now they wont work. PLEASE HELP!
 


well the wires are connected to the right color. i just twisted the wires onto each other thinking that it should still work? but it doesnt? hmm..
 
dont twist the wires to each other and just put your after markets in and twist the wire to the metal.
now if you cut the wire make sure you exposed the copper and have enough out to get a good connection
