Only getting half boost on DIC.

A few months ago, I swapped my motor and I was told it was a 98 motor as I have a 98 gtp, today I realized that I actually have a 97 motor because I have an evap switch. Ever since the swap I get no more then half boost. I know the vacuum lines are run differently, Just hoping someone has run into this before and possibly have a quick fix. Thanks
