Hi, I'm new to the site but not to Pontiac or Grand Prix. This is my 5th Pontiac and my 3rd Grand Prix. I currenlty have a 2001 GP GT bought used from a Repo lot (beautiful Car). Has Bose System with Amp. JVC KD-G400 installed in place of factory Radio when bought so I know nothing about it. Radio only has one volume will not go up or down. Can not set funtions on the radio including the clock. Is there some secert to get this thing to work with the GP? Also is there a way to get the HUD unit and the Steering Wheel Controlers to work again with this HU?
 


non factory head units require some sort of harness or adapter so you can use the steering wheel controls, the HUD will only work with the radio if you have the stock deck.

As for not being able to set the clock, download the owners manual for that deck from the JVC website.
