Oil everywhere. Crank seal? Under Supercharger, LIM?

I picked up a rough but driving 97 GTP with 170k miles as a project/parts car, and there is oil ALL over this *#$#*&.

1. The engine bay was a light gray rather than white on the crank side, which I'm guessing was the S/C or more likely the crankshaft pulley slinging oil.
Do I need to pull the engine to change that seal? If not, is it worth it for ease of access? That would be a pretty big DIY job.

2. There's oil around the S/C sitting in the pockets of the intake plenum. Is this likely from the LIM gasket? What else might cause it?

Thanks

needs lim gaskets for sure. valve cover gaskets as well.

check the oil pressure sensor, they are known to fail, when they do they leak oil fast. its in the oil filter housing, pass side of the car, a few inches from the oil filter.

and 3 cans of de greaser would be a good idea. clean it up best you can.

Thanks, I'll look at the oil pressure sensor too. Can the threads be sealed or will the sensor need to be replaced?

3 cans of degreaser won't touch this. Maybe 3 gallons of simple green and a pressure washer!

this looked clean from the top. but its a grease ball under it all lol

the o/p sensor has tapered threads, npt. so they get fatter, the new sensor had sealant on it, once your in the sealant, and its snug feeling stop, or you can crack the housing.

oil leaks out the plug, so if the plug end is wet its leaking for sure.
