Other than valve seals, any other reasons why my car will occasionally smoke when I start it? Hot or cold. Replaced pcv and I'm now running thicker oil temporarily, which I hoped would have worked.
Engine does have a oil smell but no external leaks to speak of, the motor is dry. Would a intake gasket leak internally and suck oil into the intake ports?
bascially give me a glimmer of hope, I really dont want to replace the valve seals unless I have to, on car or not.
