Ohmmeter test for spark plug wires

Hey,

I have a 2002 Grand Prix with a 3.8L V6, and last week I changed my spark plugs because the car was idling a little rough. Plus while I was driving the headlights would dim. Anyway now that I have changed the plugs, the lights don't dim anymore and the idle is better, but the car still seems a little sluggish. I bought some new plug wires and compared he resistance between the new wires and the old wired and each one is almost identical except for one wire. The reading on the new one was .573 and the old was .610. Is that enough to cause a problem?

Ohm test is kinda pointless, you need a lab scope to really see a problem. Put when ever you do plugs its a good idea to do wires.
