odd transmission shudder

Hello, recently driving down 494 in MN i was set on cruise at 70 and the car started shuddering like it was missing the gear or trying to accelerate. It did this a few times on the way home, anything above 65 and it starts to shudder and jerk. Any thoughts?

could be the tcc or pcs solenoids going bad in the tranny.

theres a how to in the how to section. it dont look like a whole lotta fun but vs paying a shop to do it, it looks worth it to me.
