odd noise during idle

hey guys during idle it sounds like a berring or pulley is going but ive swapped all the pulllys and at most it quited down the crunching. (only ended keeping 1 pulley bc the old one was bad) also when i put a screw driver on the 3inch idler pulley closest to the SC thats when the crunch is at its loudest. i can take a vid its not really noticable. i just didnt know if anyone had any advice

i tried both 3 inch and also swaped the 3.5 pulley and 1 other one i cant remember the name. its not the pulley i know that for a fact
