Odd electrical problem???

This just started happening today and i have no ideas as to why so looking for some thoughts.

During idle, normal driving or even WOT the
car​
 does this...The DIC will go dim and the blower motor will slow down, almost like it loses power, but after 5 seconds or so both will come back to normal. The car has no lights of any kind of the dash and isn't throwing any codes. Other than those two the things the car runs perfect under all conditions. I have thought maybe alternator, but IDK because everything else is fine. Others have told me ignition switch too so jsut looklinbg for opinions.

Thoughts?
 


I was going to say the alternator is turning off based on the pcm telling it that it's under the alt cutoff of 600rpm, but you killed that idea when you said all the normal driving etc. Going to have to think about this one.
