Obd2 connection error

Hello I have a 2004 grand prix and I need to know which wire is the obd2 signal wire on the ecu. When I plug in the reader all power to dash and radio cut out and I get a connection error. I have tested chasis ground and signal ground and also 12v power to lighter fuse they are all good . It's the purple wire that sends signal to and from ecu.
