o2 reads 0 mv at times

when i am at idle my 02 like to read 0 but not all the time. could this indicate burnt wires or dose it mean i need a new o2? it seems to read right when it rains out side for some reason. ive been working out bugs for a while. i tryed to set to open loop for WB tuning but i dont get a commanded but i was ablr to get it tuned in enough that it stays running. also doe ve correspond with maf at low air flow ive been seeing in threads that it does and i was wanting to get some more opinoins on this subject because im not sure if i wanna ve tune if i do it will be with wideband this time.
 


I mentioned in the chat that we only have Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Bank 1 Sensor 2. Bank two is used on cars with 4 sensors. We only have 2 and therefore it's Bank 1 or nothing. You said something about Bank 2. You sure?
