O what smells?

I was driving and when I stopped and got home it smelled like nasty water from the underground sewer. It was coming from my exhaust/mufflers. I Don't like it. What is it? It might be the tires but it comes from the back behind the exhaust and it smells like sewage water. Help! I also want to change my mufflers for that cool noise. I just don't know if I do then that smell will come around
 


meow............... car feel kinda gutless lately? lacking power? cel flash when its floored? then a cat for sure.
 
get under the car, hit the cat with the palm of your hand, when its cold, listen for any rattling inside when its hit.

or you can drive it rather hard at night. then look under the car to see if the cat is glowing red.

your in ca, you got f ed up cat laws. so you'll need a factory replacement.
