O-ring Placement

Guys, I'm getting ready to wrap up with this head gasket job on a '97 GTP, but have a question. In the head gasket set they included some o-rings that I'm not sure where they all go. I have two yellos, two orange, and three black o-rings. I'm pretty sure that the two yellows go on the intake/supercharger, but am not sure of the rest. Can anybody help please?

The oranges would be for the coolant elbow, however you should automatically replace the elbows. the blacks.. pcv is one and I know there's likely a thermostat gasket.. that leaves probably 1.. usually there's a spare of something large that we don't use, like an old distributor gasket
 
Thank you for the quick response. The elbows are being replaced with metal Dorman pieces for sure. For the supercharger/intake there are only those two yellows ones that go in between right?
