Northstar TPS sensor part number?

I would wait a few days before changing a north star tps. when I had my N* tb, I changed the TPS like 3 times. it would fix it temporarily and then the problem would come back and I would not do anything about it and it would go away. not sure really what the problem was.

What was your TPS doing?

the first time I was driving up a mountain with the cruise control on. the car downshifted, revved to 5000 rpm and stayed there until I turned off the cruise control and slowed down. other times I would just get a code for the TPS, and if I remember correctly it was P0121.

My cars doing the same thing all the sudden when me and Scotty are tuning my car so you never found out the problem?

I never figured it out. I had problems off and on the whole time. I have an L67 throttle body on now. when I put the L67 TB on, I had a code for tps, but it cleared and hasn't come back in 6 months or so. I would give it a while and see if it goes away, but if not, just put the L67 back on. As much as I like the throttle response of the N*, the hassle wasn't worth it.

I've had the N* on for 2 years haven't had a problem untill I started tuning today. I cleared the code and it came back after 50 miles or so and started doing the same crap.

usually when it would start acting up, I would shut the car off for a minute and when I started driving again it would be fine.

I cleared the code with the dhp and it's fine for a while anyways how weird. I can't imagine were the only ones with the problem.

The throttle response is night and day better plus I have inlet and outlet porting so it matches up perfect with my inlet it kinda sucks

3 or 4 months. maybe just be patient and see if it sorts itself out. the problem usually went away after the car was turned off.

I took my TPS off and was yours like all loose like the part in the middle of the sensor that hooks to the Northstar? It's all wobbly and you can freely move it with your finger.
