Noob how to post items for sale!

I'm sure it was posted somewhere but I cannot find it. I would like to post a classified for parts to sell in this forum but when I got to For Sales - Parts it doesnt give me the option to post.... Do i need a certain amount of posts or rep? Thanks all!

Yes, you need a certain amount of posts or have been here for a certain time. No we won't tell you what it is. Please do not go on a posting spree either.
