Noise coming from engine

Theres a noise that is barely noticeable or not all noticable at idle or when i first start driving but after i've been driving for like 10 minutes it is beginning to be obnoxious. It sounds kind of like a whining noise coming from near the pulleys, because when im driving it sounds loudest on the passenger side. Any ideas would be extremely helpful, thank you. (Also this is on my 99 gtp)
 


funny thing about sound is that it can travel under the car and make you think its coming from the wrong side. I bet one of the idler pulleys is need some attention.
