No Start, No Spark. Whats up ?! 97 GP GTP

My car randomly dosent start at times and it has no spark. ive change the cam sensor and ICM and stilll no luck . and then randomly it will start. after reseting the PCM by leaving the batt unhooked. anyone know what these symtoms are?
 


yes it cranks over and lights work it just wont start. No spark until i disconect the batt for 30 mins and reconect it.
 
You replaced the two uncommon items. The crank sensor is the common issue. Likely replacing that will solve the problem
