No spark HELP!!!

Hi there.

I just finished changing a engine over to one from the same year. I used all my electrical all I did was drop in a newer engine and hook up the fuel and all the wiring.

The thing cranks over, I can hear the pump and smell the fuel, however im getting no spark.

all the electrical plugs are plugged in, all the grounds seem good. I just dont get it.

My scan tool showed me that its reading the crank rpm, so im assuming the crank sensor is working as it should.

Im really lost here.

I had the same symptoms when I changed to the Gen V, check the ICM (ignition control module). Somehow during the swap I wrecked mine. Replaced and it started right up.
 
I'd bet 10 bucks its the Ignition module (ICM). They ain't cheap...but that's probably the issue.
 
I was in a rush and needed mine, it was 150$ from auto zone. I have seen people sell them on the boards here for 20$ though. If its not your DD your in luck.
