No Private Messaging allowed for me

What is up? It says I can't recieve PM's, cause my options are not set right. They are. Also, when I try to send one out, it says that so and so is not on my user list, so I cannot receive a PM back.

All of the options are checked. Can I get some help.

lol, i had to, check your settings under user cp to allow private messaging or contact by other members...

Alright, send it now. I had it checked that I could only receive PM from my user list.
