no power to fuel pump ????

wife drove the car on "low fuel " probably to the limit. actually will not start at all. Died at the pump, she pumped her gas and then no fuel to the rail,...checked the fuel pump relay ....,exchanged it with the blower relay(missing one post). parts guy said its possible just because it's a relay. Anyways, bent over the bottom outside post to see if that would work even though it's not a gtp and Im not sure if there is a two speed pump in this model.
pump does not hum assumed pump was bad so i replaced pump.
this pump does not hum either! no fuel to the rail no pressure!
Any one have any ideas???
 


theres a small fuse also for pump... cant remember if it under hood or in glove box... ran mine almost of gas and it popped it.
 
have to check for that, i found a relay up by the battery, problem being its 20 miles away, im getting it moved here tomarrow.
how about a fuel reset switch? did the gp have one anyone know?
 
this is a small 15-20 amp fuse... its purpose is to pop and stop fuel pump from burning up when run out of gas or sometimes almost out of gas...
