No Power/Bogging from 2000RPM-3400RPM

So, been having issues the last week. Happens in every gear. It accelerates normally until around 2000rpm, there it seems to lose tons of power and hesitate a bit until about 3400RPM when full power comes back on. It is not torque converter as i tried pressing break to disengage it and it doesnt help.

Just put in new Fuel filter and out of ideas.

Also, not sure if this is related but I bought car 6 months ago and ever since I bought it after driving and stopping at light or after parking the Exaust system makes a ping ping ping sound for like 5 minutes (sounds like metal expanding/contracting)

Car has approx 90,000 Miles on it. No check engine lights.
 


I would think converter from what you said, but then over 3400rpm is fine?
That would also rule out fuel pressure and spark.

Maybe maf?
 
Yah, so anything below 2000rpm and right when it hits 3400rpm it is running fine. Does this in every gear as well. I will try to take a video on the way home to show it a bit better
