No heat from driver side vents!!!!!!

car has dual zone climate control. i replaced the passenger side temp actuator due to the cracked gear and had heat on the driver side again.

yesterday it randomly decided to go back to no heat from driver side vents again and is still doing it today. i pulled the new actuator to check the gear and it is intact.

what could be the cause this time?
